Chose from our current selection of designs or submit your own design idea and your Grill will arrive in 2-3 weeks. If you have just a plain stock Harley, or a show quality bike, we can take it to the next level and totally customize your bike, even with your very own design.
We have a growing catalog of designs to choose from and can also create your custom design to match your bike with our designer, Chelsie Moss Designs. Chelsie uses Adobe Illustrator and Photo shop on her Macintosh and will take your idea from proof to product for a minimal design charge. Once you approve your design, it arrives in 2-3 weeks and is ready to add to your bike with no tools at all.
For a custom design, send us any picture, drawing or design idea and let us to make you a Frame Grill! Our designs are precisely laser cut, show chromed, powder coated or custom painted and clear coated. We only use 6061 T6 billet and cold rolled steel, no flimsy metals here and both sides of ALL our Grills are finished. Our #1 commitment to is to quality, you will not find parts of this level often. Now here is the best part. ALL OJC parts are 100% American made, all of our vendors. From the metal to finishing we support all 100% American vendors to help us create great products and jobs.
All our chrome is done by ChromeMasters in Nashville, TN. It is no wonder that Orange County Choppers uses Chrome Masters to chrome their frames and used them to copper plate their entire Statue of Liberty bike. They use Chrome Masters because they are the best. That is why Old Jim Customs uses them.
